Augie Greene- Shop Owner
Augie started off with a dream and a love for flowers, and turned that dream into the successful floral shop you see today. She has worked with many of our local charities, schools and foundations which garnered a partnership of giving back to the community. It's been said many of times, "Many of our customers have been with us from day one. It really goes to show that when you really, truly care about the work you do and the people you're helping, it really has a way of sticking with you!" When you hear Augie Greene, you know Greene Ivy Florist is the way to go!
James Mitchell- Shop Manager
James has been with Augie periodically throughout the years, but has always found his way back. This time, James hopes to bring a bit of style, and flair back to the designs he creates. If you ever wonder what type of designer he is, he would tell you this; "Designing is more than just flowers in a vase, Designing is about bringing out every creative fiber of your being, and creating something so unique, and eye-catching, that your clientele will know who to call when they need something absoloutley stunning. James is also our resident shop merchandiser and decorator. If you're looking for inspiration, just stop in and check out all our shop has to offer!

Our shop is open Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
We are always closed on Sundays.
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Florist delivery policy
A local delivery fee of $10.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
U.S. orders must be received before 11:00 a.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the previous or following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
